Minor wall make-goodSmall patching, sanding, priming and local touch-up or small-area repainting can be quoted where a suitable matching paint colour and sheen can be identified or supplied. Full-room / whole-house painting is not part of the standard cleaning service.
Recurring cleaning by arrangementResidential, office and periodic specialist cleaning can be quoted individually based on frequency, scope, access and availability.

FAQ
The essentials before you book
How does the quote request and preferred time work?
All enquiries are quote requests. You can select a preferred available time when sending the request, but the time is not confirmed immediately. We will review the scope, price and expected duration first, then confirm the appointment with you.
Are the listed prices final?
The listed prices are starting or reference prices. The final quote may change for heavy soiling, excessive pet hair or debris, oversized areas, difficult access or extra scope. Any material change will be discussed with you before additional work proceeds. A $120 minimum standalone booking applies.
What should I do before you arrive?
Please remove small personal items and loose clutter, and make sure we have reasonable access to the areas being cleaned. You do not need to pre-vacuum or provide your own vacuum — we bring our own equipment. Please also let us know in advance about parking, stairs or lifts, building access, and any limitations with water or power (if any).
How long before carpet, sofa or mattress can be used again?
Drying time varies with airflow, humidity, material and the amount of moisture left after extraction. We use additional dry extraction passes where appropriate, but we do not guarantee an exact drying time. Keep the area well ventilated and avoid use until adequately dry.

Key booking conditions
Minimum booking
A minimum standalone booking of $120 applies. The minimum reflects travel, unloading, setup, service time, pack-down and equipment cleaning required for a standalone visit.
Deposit policy
No deposit is required for standard jobs under $250. A 20% deposit is required for jobs of $250 or more, and for Vacate, commercial or other bookings that reserve a longer time block. The deposit forms part of the final invoice total.
Cancellation, rescheduling & no-shows
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment are free of charge. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, any deposit paid is non-refundable. Deposits are also non-refundable for no-shows.
Bond & re-clean policy
Selvric Works does not guarantee the return of a rental bond. If a property manager or landlord raises a cleaning issue within the agreed scope, the customer must provide the written feedback and photos within 24 hours of receiving it. Where the issue relates to the agreed cleaning scope, one complimentary re-clean visit will be provided. Requests received outside this 24-hour feedback window are not covered by the complimentary re-clean policy. New items, damage, maintenance issues or work outside the original scope are excluded. This complimentary re-clean policy is an additional service policy and does not limit rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
