All amounts are in AUD. These are starting prices, with a $120 minimum standalone booking. Times are approximate cleaning visit durations, not drying times. Heavy soiling, excessive pet hair or debris, oversized areas, difficult access or extra scope may change the quote.

Remove small personal items and loose clutter, and make sure we can access the carpet areas. You do not need to pre-vacuum. Let us know about parking, stairs or lifts, building access, and any water or power restrictions. Tell us about furniture that limits access so we can agree the scope in advance.
How long will the carpet take to dry?
Drying varies with airflow, humidity, carpet material and moisture left after extraction. We use additional dry extraction passes where appropriate, but do not guarantee an exact drying time. Keep the area well ventilated and avoid use until adequately dry.
Can every stain or pet odour be removed?
Complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the type and age of the stain or odour, previous treatments, the material and any permanent fibre or colour damage. Send photos and describe the problem when requesting a quote. Specialised odour treatment must be arranged in advance.
How are larger rooms and stairs priced?
A standard room covers up to about 15 m² of accessible carpet. Larger living areas and open-plan spaces are quoted by size. Hallways, landings and stairs are quoted separately; include dimensions, stair count and access details in your request.
Can carpet cleaning be part of a vacate clean?
Yes, carpet extraction can be quoted alongside an agreed vacate or office end-of-lease scope. It is priced separately from general vacate cleaning. Include your handover requirements so we can confirm what is included.
Does choosing a time confirm my booking?
No. You can send an online quote request at any time and select a preferred available time, or choose Flexible. We review the scope, price and expected duration before confirming your appointment. No payment is taken through the quote form.
Send your suburb so we can confirm coverage. Travel is included within our standard service area; any extra travel charge for locations further away is confirmed with your quote. Required paid parking is charged at cost.
